Hamilton Beach Food Processor

I use my Hamilton Beach Food Processor all the time. It’s a real-time saver. You can slice, shred, chop, or puree food. I use it for onions and peppers, but mostly to grind chicken breast into ground chicken. It’s so each to make everything from homemade sauce or guacamole. I use it so often that it has been granted a prominent spot on my small kitchen counter top.

This food processor comes with a flat round blade for slicing an shredding, and a chop blade to chop or puree. It has 2 speeds (medium and fast) and a pulse speed.

• Medium speed with the flat blade (round blade) is best for slicing or shredding
• Fast speed with the chop blade (2 curvy blades) is best for a puree sauce
• Pulse speed with the flat blade is best to control the size of the chop

Note: it only works when the handle is in the lock position.
