One Pot Turkey Sausage and Tomato Meal

Regular sausage can hide all the fat and calories. But, you can use Turkey Sausage in any sausage recipe and you won’t miss out on anything. This is my Skinless Turkey Sausage recipe in a tomato sauce with pan seared veggies. I’m drooling just thinking about it. As an extra bonus, it’s easy to make and not a lot of clean up because you only use ONE POT for the whole meal. This dish is savory and luscious, and even easy on the wallet. It’s a winner winner turkey sausage dinner.

  • Remove the turkey sausage and set aside
  • Put the pot back on the stove and deglaze the pan with the wine (that’s where the goodies are) and scrape up the bottom of the pan with a flat spoon
  • Add the stewed tomatoes to the pan and with the flat spoon break them up a bit
  • Add the tomato sauce
